Turkish ruler Erdoğan's arch-enemy is dead!

Ankara - He was the arch-enemy of Turkish ruler Recep Tayyip Erdoğan (70), now Fetullah Gülen (†83) is dead!

According to several media reports, the preacher and leader of the Gülen movement died in hospital on Sunday evening at the age of 83. This was also confirmed by members of his organization.

Gülen had been living in exile in the US state of Pennsylvania since 1999 and was receiving medical treatment there.

There are as yet no details about the cause of death.

According to the Turkish broadcaster"NTV", the Erdogan opponent is said to have suffered from dementia, kidney failure and diabetes.

The 83-year-old is accused by Erdogan of initiating the attempted coup in 2016. His movement is classified as a terrorist organization.
