Mother gasps for air when she sees what her son (1) has stuffed into his mouth

Lincoln (United Kingdom) - Most parents will be familiar with this: Young children should simply never be let out of your sight, otherwise a great disaster may be imminent. But it's hard to believe what a young boy (1) from the UK did: he ate the remains of a relative! His mother, who had caught him in the act, immediately caught him on camera.

Natasha Emeny from Lincoln had really only been out of the room for a few minutes as she had been putting away the fresh laundry upstairs.

When she returned to the living room, where her one-year-old son Koah had been playing, she could hardly believe her eyes!

A flour-like white powder was scattered all over the room. The little boy's clothes and face were also covered in it.

Natasha quickly realized what had happened: according to the Daily Mail, Koah had grabbed his grandfather's ashes and tasted them.

The British woman had actually knowingly placed the urn containing her father's remains on the top shelf so that her child couldn't reach it. But Koah had somehow managed to get hold of the ashes that day and spread them all over the room - and in his mouth.

Koah's mother was apparently so perplexed that the first thing she did was grab her cell phone and film the unbelievable situation. In the clip, you can see the chaotic living room and the little boy stumbling around innocently. "Oh my god. When your son eats your dad," Natasha writes about her video, which has since been deleted on TikTok .

And there were reasons for this: Because viewers didn't really find the footage funny. "Take him to the doctor ... they use embalming chemicals ... it's not safe to ingest them," one user wrote worriedly.

Another person describes the incident as "disgusting". "I can't believe she's making a video instead of throwing him in the tub and rinsing his mouth out! People will do anything for clicks!"

Mother Natasha logically wasn't thrilled either when she discovered the ashes scattered around her living room. "I was deeply ashamed. I'm still trying to come to terms with it!" she says. Nevertheless, she tries to take a humorous view of the whole thing and believes that her late father would have found his grandson's actions quite funny when he was alive. "I'm sure he would have laughed, we all love a bit of black humor," says the British woman.

She is also not worried about her son's condition, as he did not consume large quantities of the ashes. The emergency services would have advised her to simply give the child plenty of water to drink.
