Woman falls asleep on a long-haul flight: What she finds in her hair afterwards leaves her speechless
Los Angeles - US-American Danielle usually uses air travel to get a good night's sleep. But after an experience on a long-haul flight, she will think twice in future.
On TikTok , Danielle tells the whole crazy story of what happened to her on a trip from the city of Charlotte to Los Angeles with "American Airlines".
On the almost six-hour flight, the US-American fell asleep quickly in her window seat as usual and only woke up again at the destination airport.
She then moved into an Airbnb apartment in Los Angeles and was just about to freshen up after the flight when she suddenly felt something unusual in her hair.
As it turned out, someone else had braided her hair into a small plait while she was traveling on the plane. Danielle hadn't noticed because she had been fast asleep.
After the incident, she was "deeply disturbed", says the young woman in her video. Using the exact travel details and seat numbers, she asks the man who was sitting behind her at the time to contact her immediately.

Passenger asks stranger to come forward
"I want you to come forward and explain why you thought it was okay to braid a woman's hair in her sleep," says Danielle angrily. Touching other people's bodies while they sleep is "weird and creepy" - especially when it's strangers.
It wasn't long before her clip went viral on TikTok. With 4.4 million clicks, reactions are divided.
Even though some users find the experience funny, most agree with Danielle's assessment and describe the other passenger's behavior as "assaultive". "Everyone laughs, but it's really strange. Only a psychopath behaves like that," says one user.
