Woman takes cat to the vet: When she opens the transport box, she is struck by a blow
Erie (Pennsylvania) - Turn one into two: Kylie Banister from Erie, Pennsylvania, was struck by shock last month when she opened her transport box at the vet. Her cat Charlie walked out as planned. But he was not alone.

Banister had had a funny feeling about her transport box on the way to the car. But she didn't give it a second thought. When she arrived at the vet, her cat Mabel strutted out of the box next to Charlie.
"I was totally shocked because Mabel hadn't meowed the whole journey, only Charlie. I even thought Charlie was heavier than usual. But I didn't understand why until I saw another ball of fur in the box," said the cat owner in a recent interview with Newsweek.
When the staff came into the room, the two cats immediately caused hilarity. "[They] laughed and said, 'I see they're getting along well,' because we had just gotten Charlie and Mabel was still getting used to him," Banister explained.
But the animal stowaway didn't just put the medical staff in a good mood.

The two-time cat owner was also able to win over users on TikTok with her curious story. Since last month, the video has received a good 285,000 clicks.
"I shared it on TikTok because I thought it was funny and couldn't believe it," Banister told the US magazine.
"I also got tips from other cat owners on how to take their pets to the vet, which is really cool," she added.
Luckily, Mabel had been the only surprise that day - and not an unpleasant illness.
And so the two velvet paws were able to return home with their owner on the same day. They had already proved that they fitted into the transport box together.
